SUMMARY: Francis and Jess are members of SEC and therefore on patrol. They also don't realise they've met before. Hilarity ensues?
[this whole SEC thing isn't as weird as Francis originally thought it was going to be. he's not really keen on this whole patrolling with a partner thing, but it's not like he didn't do patrols with the Scavengers back home, and James and Azari have gone out with him before, too. but that's different; that was his team. this is ... not exactly the same thing, and he's a bit impatient to just get it over with
