well, here's a little magic thing i do ( closed )
CHARACTERS: Raven and Remus
LOCATION: one of the rec rooms on the 20something'th floor.
WARNINGS: none! just shmoopy conversation.
SUMMARY: Raven wants to hide out for a while, and she's asked Remus to join her. ..yep!
NOTES: following this.
[ getting away was surprisingly easy. 'getting away' meaning shift into someone she hadn't seen since she was back home barhopping with Charles, then walking around the hallways a new person, someone without responsibilities or worries or anything at all. just a curious new crew member searching the halls. whatever! it didn't matter. she swung by the library as planned ( let her eyes slip to gold once she found Remus - it's me ) and headed to the lift to, essentially, get lost. now they've finally settled into one of the smaller rec rooms ( after checking the hall, which was eerily empty up here ), and Raven's sprawled out on the floor, on her back, tossing a medicine ball up in the air and catching it over and over as she rambles at Remus. they've started a game of either/or, and naturally she's taking it way too seriously, going on and on and on about something ridiculous. mind-numbing activity to try and help her relax, mostly. since that's the point of this, isn't it? to relax. clear her head.
and to avoid all of her responsibilities and daily-Tranquility-life-stresses. like an adult. ]
-- but either way, chocolate ice cream is a much better comfort food than cookie dough. Too much raw cookie dough can make you sick! ... Though I guess that's the same for ice cream too. Only not really, because ice cream will give you a brain freeze first, and you learn from there that it's probably time to stop. Cookie dough doesn't give you a warning.
