"Nnooooo," he drags it out, considering. "No, I mean, it's fine that you told her, I just…usually people don't know, unless they're told, and then they usually think I'm crazy, so--"

Wheatley trails off, clearing his throat and deciding to pick up where Bennett left off, making the important distinction between past and present tense.

"Am. A robot. Artificial Intelligence, never exactly--didn't stop being one."

What does get his attention, of course, is the mention of his anonymous post. It seems rather pointless to pretend he isn't the one who wrote it--the grin and casual shrug are good indications of how proud he is, after all.

"Yeah, it's sort of--sort of an important issue, on board. Not something many people think about, really. Thought it was, ah. Good that some of those things were brought to light, as it were."
