He is on Agriculture's staff, and Bardo's been busy running around helping set up camp and making sure food gets delivered as well as making sure people don't get into the crops. Considering how understaffed Agriculture is, it's not surprising the staff has run themselves down. But Bardo's okay with that, helping make sure people are fine and taken care of is something he's grown to like throughout long years.

It's getting later in the day by the time he pauses and spots a familiar cat trying to help set up. With a relieved grin he moves over to greet him, "Konoe!"
