CHARACTERS: Takeshi, his friend-panda Hoi Hoi, and you!
LOCATION: Levels 2 - 4 of the oxygen garden floors, from May 17th — May 19th
WARNINGS: Sad kid, perhaps? Also, the panda might hug you. GODDAMN PANDAS.
SUMMARY: Takeshi's attempt to talk with Netherlands went a little sour, and he overreacted by running off to the best place to hide (in the light). He finds a very familiar, furry face here.
NOTES: If your character wants to try to attack Hoi Hoi the panda, expect it to go more than likely very poorly for them. Like Takeshi's suit, his deflects bullets and explosions, stuff like that. And makes him a little stronger than a usual panda. |b Other than that, he's no threat to anyone! In fact, he might hug them, for real. He's got a thing for hugs.
Takeshi ran until the heaviness of the jungle protected him from the watchful eye of everyone on the ship, and flopped down with his face in his knees. Maybe he made a mistake; too late to admit it now. Maybe he was bad, but... now they're probably gonna be mad that he ran off, anyway. He'll wait here. He brought a bag of food from the kitchen on the way — he'll just wait here. With the bees and the butterflies. Like how Castiel showed him.
Maybe he should pray to Castiel. Maybe he'd know what to say. Maybe...
He whimpers, dropping his face again. It's only when he hears something in the thick brush that he looks back up, tense. Who is that? It could be anything. Anybody. Maybe someone followed him; maybe he should leave. But then it comes trotting out with a soft growl and shake of its head, and Takeshi's wetted eyes light up. "Hoi Hoi?!" Hoi Hoi the Panda. The black and white bundle of affection wearing a super strong gantz suit just like him, gone because of one of the games from the apartment. Takeshi hasn't seen him in a long, lone time. He remembers the first time he'd met him — he clung to him in fear and the creature let him, so he rushes over now and hugs him tight. The panda just sits, pleasant and unaware of his situation, and lets him.
Everyone told him it was okay to say how he felt. Maybe he just didn't say it good enough. He's not a good talker. Maybe he made a mistake... Well, at least he had someone here to keep him company. Anyone who's treading around those floors of the oxygen gardens will find a strange sight. Any of the following, even:
a.) A panda wandering through the even-surfaced fields with a kid sitting on his back.
b.) A kid and a panda sitting in one of the many trees, both eating something akin to SPAM out of opened containers. Yucky space food, but both seem to give zero fucks about this fact. (The person seeing them might even spot Takeshi beforehand, sneaking into the kitchens and dragging out an obscenely large bag of food. He's not sure what pandas eat.)
c.) A panda suddenly appearing while you're minding your own business to reach up or around to very sweetly hug you. Clearly a tame beast with no ill will, but still.
d.) A kid sleeping under a sleeping panda's paw. Birds of a feather flock together.
