"Yeah? Tell me what you know." Spoken not mockingly, but out of want to know, maybe expand on something; Sam may not have gone in to be a teacher, but he enjoyed not being the one being taught. His childhood was a lot of that (and unfortunately, much of what he learned he'd never wanted to learn in the first place).
