[ it's weird, to be in this situation. katniss still feels like she should be able to kill someone at the drop of a hat. like she's entered the arena and no matter how strange or unlikely any of this is, she doesn't know how to just turn that off. ]

[ and yet, here she is, worrying about some kid without his parents. ]
