Sadly, she does not. But she is not about to turn away from someone so clearly in need of help. Elizabeth is determined to try, at least, to aid him in locating his lost friend.

He is unlike anyone she has ever seen before, and she pauses midway through his description of Sam. A.. hobbit? Is that what they are? She is curious, having never heard of them before. But to ask now would be unseemly and rude, and so she nods. And then gives him a genuine, encouraging smile.
"Take heart, sir. If he is here, there must only be so many places he could be. And if he is, we shall find him. I am looking for my sister, myself. Perhaps we might find them both."
