In some places, that's basically what it is already. But I think if the world came together -- the leaders, the people, everyone -- and said no more, if people could see just how bad things are and believe it, if the way to change it was made easy and was required... I think we could stop things from getting worse, at least. The problem with just getting rid of those in power is that there are always more like them, waiting in the wings.
