CHARACTERS: Darcy Lewis and the News you!
LOCATION: Various.
WARNINGS: Swearing and likely alcohol abuse. Possibly some description of body horror leftover from last jump's plot.
SUMMARY: A jump in the life!
NOTES: This is gonna be pretty ota. There will be a starter for various Comms Dept CR, and anyone is free to piggyback off it for mingly department CR stuff w/ or w/out Darcy. Other locations are open! Write your own starter and I'll hit it like the fist of an angry god. Plurk or PM me if you have any questions.
Darcy always holds out a little hope that she'll wake up in her own bed after she preps for each jump. This month was no exception to what is fast becoming the rule, though. She's still here, aboard the Tranquility. She could choose to mope about it (and she has done this variously, depending upon how much shit's been thrown her way during any given cycle), or she can choose to make the best of it. This jump, it's the latter. Looking on the bright side of things, she has full use of both hands again, which is more than she could say for the last jump. So, that's a start!
