Anger, on Peter's end, doesn't even factor into it -- never mind he's now getting punched at, or that those glasses are broken, short-circuiting on these things completely in shock of Harry's reaction. The punch barely has to be avoided, and it's almost ignored completely in the way he kind of follows Harry's slump down onto the railing, hands at a hover.
