SUMMARY: Where best to start, when getting the lay of the land?
But he'd had Daryl. A venture into the corridors. The urgency to leave at any cost.
It's not an urgency that's gone but one that's been put on ice with the realisation that going home isn't so simple, isn't so easy as anything he can do out of sheer determination. It might behoove him to get a better grasp on how this place works, and so he starts with their armoury.
He's a gaunt figure, dressed in plain clothes, a black plaid shirt tucked into jeans, and his own weapon hanging at his hip. It's a good indicator as any about what kind of place he came from, a six inch barrel stainless steel revolver with smooth wooden grip jutting visible whether its holstered in leather. A rough beard that's only seen some grooming once or twice this whole cycle is growing in silver, looking older than he is in reality, and the shape he cuts in the Gunnery department, wandering, is not very intimidating.
But he doesn't seem lost, and there's an edged way in how he seems to take note of every shadowed corner, a surety in his possession of space, like a dog wandered in off the street. ]
