They proceed through the shadows for some time. Dim light helps them avoid small obstacles—wayward tools, odd shuttle parts, and cargo crates are all scattered by the struggle. Some fallen monsters litter the shuttle bay, and some streaks of blood on the floor and walls where they look are unidentifiable.

After they continue like this for a while, the echo of far-off shouts begins from the back corner, behind a grounded shuttle. The shouts are accompanied by thudding and clanging sounds of battle.
