WARNINGS: Cursing, a lack of furious make-outs
SUMMARY: Libby checks on Miles.
He hadn't eaten. That thought occurred to him at about the thirty-hour mark. His response was to turn over and move the comm device slightly to the side and then close his eyes again.
Libby was alive. So was Pinkman, and so was Clarke, and so was Loki. And so too were most of the others. By some miracle, they'd largely made it out alive - by some miracle, and by the heroic efforts of some of the passengers aboard the Tranquility who'd gone back in to save the people who were still trapped. They'd been level-headed and intelligent, calm and brave.
Miles had panicked, cried, and served as a hindrance who got more people killed.
He wished someone would hate him for it. He wished someone would curse him. He wished that his cowardice would become widely known, and that they would all laugh at him. Then that would be it, and he could be done.
