An emergency shuttle bay is found tucked away above the 50th passenger floor; holding only two transport shuttles and a network console, it contains the final evidence of the pirates' work. Here, large amounts of the equipment and items they looted from the Tranquility are piled up: some waiting, some already packed up into storage crates for transport onto the Scylla— and some, though not much, already stored away on board. How they came aboard is made clear now by the two holes cut through the metal of the hull-side wall— the openings connect to docking tubes, which provide an easy route onto the Scylla herself. On the wall above is a message left in red: And with the jump fast approaching, it might be best to take heed... |

[Godric stands beside Nathan and looks at his work, but it means little enough to him. While he's always adapted well to technology, the finer points of it have often eluded him. He can use the communicators, but would not know where to start if asked to make one. He can use a computer, but would not know how to hack into one. He understands that the Scylla stores its information on a network rather than a central data core, but that information tells him little of how he might access anything hidden. Even if it were otherwise, he doubts it would be any help, if Nathan's frustration is any indication.]
There is food and clothing, weapons and other supplies. Is there anything you have need of?

[ Okay, so he stops, pushing his hands back through his hair, oily as they are, and motions to the corridor. ]
I can leave this to work. Would you like to walk with me, let me shake off some of the dust?
[ He starts walking without waiting for an answer, dropping his hands into his pockets. ]
Food, clothing and weapons--they're the sort of things that should be collected up and divided fairly among the passengers, even if they're not the rummaging kind.
