"That's an idea." Lily doesn't laugh bitterly because she feels like she'd choke on it: she probably would and things would continue downhill from there, maybe she'd finally lose it and start crying because of this whole stressful ordeal and the fact that people she cares about keep getting hurt. Even if she saves them or they heal up right after.

Maybe she'll just wait for Claire to be ready, then nod a little. "If you leave them here I can dispose of them later." No fuel needed. Or maybe she can actually get them clean, wouldn't that be a miracle.

Or magic, whatever.

Whenever that's sorted out she'll begin the trek back to Severus' room: it isn't far, partially because they'd gone to the nearest room from her workstation and partially because she doesn't want him out of her reach if she needs to go help him again. She waves a hand at the console...thing impatiently when they get there and the door slides open easy.

Severus is asleep and she'll let Claire have a second before she moves to double-check his wounds like they may have stopped healing while she wasn't in.

He looks pretty bad, putting it kindly. That grimy post-grievous-injury kind of thing paired with bandages covering like, half of his head. It's fine!
