ugh so sorry for the slow
[ but raven doesn't want to talk about food. octavia's trying, she can recognize that, but it doesn't quite push raven to return the favor. not right now.
the talk about medical isn't quite as pointless, somehow. so to meet o halfway, she backtracks to the first comment - about the 'whole set-up'. ]
Medical though, hell, I've never seen anything like it. [ her gaze drops from high on the opposite wall to right around where the wall meets the floor. ] They got the bullet out the first time. Didn't even lose my leg. [ it's dry again, but i wouldn't go so far as to say it has any kind of humor in it. irony, maybe. irony that they fixed it here, just to send her back to a place where 'fixing it' meant losing use of her leg. ]
