Ariadne just stands there, looking up at the man (or monster) in pure surprise, her mouth almost falling open in speechlessness. Sure she wasn't sure what to expect when she was going to come into contact with them, but seeing it firsthand wasn't exactly something you can prepare yourself for.

A shift of her weight and a quick glance over towards Arthur, giving him a silent look in unity, and she was back in action, looking suddenly more confident then she was feeling. "I - we do." She said, turning her attention squarely onto the being in front of her then.
