SUMMARY: Evangeline needs lyrium, Dorian has lyrium. So, Cullen-in-lyrium-withdrawal is somehow trusted to get it from point A to point B.

SUMMARY: Sebastian emerges from his self-imposed exile to face the world again after receiving disturbing news.
