Camping may not be an expected activity on a spaceship, but the gardens are large and have clear, grassy areas for people to gather together. You can help set up tents, inventory supplies or guard the perimeter — just keep an eye out for any strange faces trying to sneak in... |

I have nothing to be taken.
[ Except Needle, but she would give them Needle first, slide it right between their ribs. ]

What do you want out there? Are you going to seek out the pirates?
[Summer's ears turn back. He blinks slowly, looking between Arya and Nymeria, clearly on edge thanks to his sister's bristling. Bran strokes at his shoulder, trying to calm him, but he feels just as anxious.]

[ She needs some measure of control, some phantasm of choice even if it's not really any.
And she needs distance. For as large as the ship is it feels too small. No matter how she runs, everything she seeks to avoid catches up. One, she glances at the agitated wolf, refuses to leave her side. ]

[He is reluctant to take his eyes from her--she might slip away if he does--but he glances back over his shoulder a little, back toward the tree where he has been waiting.]
It doesn't have to be hiding--you could just sit with me. Even if it was only for a little while. [He feels stupid for saying that--she will leave, because she wants to leave; she will not want to stay with him.] I would not tell Robb, or Jon.

Nothing. You should stay under your tree. They will be happier.

[He is of two minds, obedience and defiance both. Some part of him wants only to mind Robb, to obey, but some part rankles at that too, insists: I am nearly a man grown--and if Arya is going to run the hallways, then why shouldn't he? They are close in age. And he can run now, he is a cripple only in the technical sense. Why shouldn't he follow her?]
What did Jon not tell me?

Do you have a knife?

[It isn't fair. But if he says that, he sounds a child. A prince would bear the shame better. But a prince would never be told to stay behind. And she will leave, no matter what he says. He cannot stop her, none of them can.]
Will you come back soon?
no subject
[ She doesn't know where she will go and he wants to come with her. Robb would have her head and she would have Bran's for being so stubborn. Arya bites her lip.
Less combative, she adds: ] Mayhaps. You'll wait for me? [ She does not look at him, preferring to study her shoes. ]
no subject
I will always wait for you.
[He points, then, back toward his tree.]
I will be there. Summer will fetch food and we will wait, and you can tell me of the pirates. [Cautious, he adds:] If you come, you can tell me of the pirates.
no subject
In the end, she leaves without another word. ]
