Camping may not be an expected activity on a spaceship, but the gardens are large and have clear, grassy areas for people to gather together. You can help set up tents, inventory supplies or guard the perimeter — just keep an eye out for any strange faces trying to sneak in...

"So he didn't tell you about the genetics lab and endless hallways?" He had likely been too caught up with Delta showing up to give him the full run down.

"Watch where you go on the ship. There are... creatures or something on this ship and they aren't friendly."

Delta frowned. No, he hadn't heard anything like that yet.

"I see. Are the dangerous areas clearly marked?"

"They're not hard to figure out. Stay in the populated areas and don't go down to the Genetics Lab."

[alaspooryork]

"Understood."

So far he'd done exactly that, so he'd have to remember to take York, firearms, or both with him if he did want to explore.

"Do we know the cause of these 'endless' hallways?" The cause of the creatures was pretty self-explanatory.

She sighed. "Not yet. So far the only explanation I've heard is the ship is somehow doing it."

[alaspooryork]

"That is hardly reassuring."

Although, if the ship was being run by a rampant AI, it would explain quite a lot - including why other AI weren't allowed to exist in their natural state.

"No, it isn't. There isn't much that can be done about it right now. Wandering into the ship hasn't yielded anything yet."

Except, apparently, for encounters with dangerous creatures. Delta nodded again.

"Even so, I will attempt to help. If you ever undertake an action which would benefit from my assistance, you may count on me."

She nodded. "I'll be sure to ping you. If you and York need back-up, get a hold of me."

"I will be certain to do so. Thank you, Tex."

She smiled faintly at him. "It's the least I can do, D."

Delta nodded and (badly) stifled a yawn. Well, he supposed it had been a rather full day.
