Camping may not be an expected activity on a spaceship, but the gardens are large and have clear, grassy areas for people to gather together. You can help set up tents, inventory supplies or guard the perimeter — just keep an eye out for any strange faces trying to sneak in...

"I do not wish to sit idly by why some group tries to take what was so hard earned by us." Fili shook his head, "But I am not a leader, I am not one to formulate plans, like this."

[elvenking]

"I am, and others also. There is a plan already. Would you be part of it?"

[longestnose]

Fili quirked an eyebrow, "Do you truly have to ask?" He smirked slightly, shaking his head, "After what we've been through?"

[elvenking]

"I did not want to contradict orders from your rightful lord."

[longestnose]

"My King," Fili corrected, and shrugged. "He has given me no orders, right now."

[elvenking]

"Even with regards to speaking with me at all?"

He's hiding very well the nervousness that Fili might, if such orders exist, decide he's right and trek off.

[longestnose]

"He does not know we speak." Fili shakes his head, "And I have attempted to steer conversations away from you, when you are brought up." For Fili does not like to hear Thorin speak of Thranduil in an ill manner--it does neither of them any credit.

[elvenking]

Thranduil nods slowly in understanding, unsurprised. "He has assumed, then, that you are of like mind to him."

[longestnose]

"I do not know his mind on this--but most likely, yes." Fili had to admit the truth in that.

[elvenking]

"He hates me."

[longestnose]

"...I do not know his heart, Thranduil." Fili frowned, truly hating the idea, "I think he is merely bitter...or I hope that if it is hate, that it can change."

[elvenking]

"His bitterness should not be your burden."

[longestnose]

"And I will attempt to make sure that it is not so, but he is as much as a father as I have had, and as long as he is here, it will be difficult not to feel torn."

[elvenking]

"It was not advice, only a statement."

[longestnose]

Fili can't help but snort, giving Thranduil a look. "It was a statement in the form of advice. And well meaning, but just difficult to enact."
