yup, it sure is a party. and yep, Wichita sure is out of the medbay and bartending yet again. because screw bedrest, she's gotten enough bedrest over the last four or five days. Babylon is Exactly where she needs to be. she's not drinking this time ( REALLY this time ) because she's still taking random meds to speed up the healing process, but she's mastered the art of mixing drinks one-handed, and she's not about to deprive the world of her gifts. she's just glad to be out, really, and glad that Jenna's throwing a party so the bar is especially crowded.

[ damon's not really in a party mood this evening, but that is just all the more reason for him to drink. for the most part he's kept his drinking solo; going out and making friends on this ship hasn't really been a first priority. but with two-thirds of the people he talks to gone and jenna super insistent on this whole interacting with people thing he figures he'll give it a shot. time to not associate this entire boat with his brooding horrible luck.

[Edgeworth is, of course, a bit shy at parties. He prefers to think of it as being aloof, naturally, but really it is shyness; he doesn't feel particularly comfortable in this situation where he's never been taught how to act. Last time it wasn't so bad, because he'd had a few...Well, in any case - but this time he's sober, and so he doesn't have the courage to mingle a great deal.

Truth is, he doesn't even know the blonde that was so excited about the bar, but it doesn't matter because Wichita's here and he'd been lying if he wasn't staring at her, over protective and wanting to make sure she's fine.

[ Parties aren't exactly something you would typically find Ariadne at, but she’s here (for Jenna) and she is slowly nursing whatever the hell it is that she managed to grab while at the bar. All while silently watching and maybe even judging (it’s what she does at times) everyone in attendance from a table just off to the right of the main section of the bar.

Yeah, she might not exactly be the best when it comes to being social in this type of environment – she’s trying though, really. ]

[ klaus' departure is just about the only positive thing that has happened to damon since he arrive on this godforsaken space boat. he's convinced this is where dreams go to die at this point, but that's not going to stop him from using it as an excuse to drink. so he finds the least populated portion of the bar when he arrives and takes a seat, splitting his attention half between the area behind the bar and the activity going on in the rest of the room. with a bottle and a glass in front of him the whole time he will be excellent company to anyone who happens to want to make small talk or join him in a glass of bourbon (or some shots, he's not picky). ]

[Bela didn't know Jenna but she couldn't resist the chance to have a drink or two (maybe three) She was more than aware of Klaus and when Bela realised that he was gone, she felt ecstatic. Probably the best she had felt in a long time. Drinking alone to celebrate seemed like a bad idea so she came along to the bar to celebrate, heading straight for the alcohol as soon as she entered.

She ordered a few shots and leaned against the bar, downing them one by one. Shots weren't her preferred drink of choice but Bela was just going to go with it. After the last one was downed she turned to survey the crowd, catching sight of an oh so familiar face at the bar.]

In a celebratory mood? [Asked with a slight smirk and maybe a trace of sarcasm.]

(Just because they've gone thing long without interacting too much doesn't mean Mason's any less pissed about what happened.) ]

So a little bit into the party, he can be spotted sitting at one of the tables near the bar, arms crossed and resting casually on the table, eyes for the most part on the festivities but occasionally glancing around the room. Probably checking up on where Henry's at, knowing them. He has a glass on the table, but though he sips it occasionally, it doesn't seem like he's drank too much of it.

Despite that he isn't jumping right into the festivities, he definitely doesn't seem unwelcoming. Come bug him? ]

[There's a very good purpose for this celebration, though most of the ship is unaware. Nonetheless, somethings will always be as they always have been, and one of those things is that no one requires an excuse to attend a party. Godric has brought Eric along, in order to properly introduce he and Jenna, but he's happy enough to talk to any others who might approach him.]
